Join the 15th edition of GROUND & LPE Conference!

The next edition of the GROUND & LPE Conference will take place next September 13-18, in Foz de Iguaçu. The Iguaçu Falls, located in a natural park on the border of Argentina and Brazil and consisting of approximately 257 individual waterfalls over 2.7 km, were chosen as one of the "New Natural Seven Wonders of the World."

The planned activities include:

  • Lectures by worldwide recognized experts
  • Technical sessions for presentation of accepted Papers
  • Round tables comprising presentations and discussions on hottest topics on:
    • Lightning: Physics, Measurements and Detection
    • Lightning Effects, Grounding and Modeling
    • Grounding and Lightning Protection of Transmission/ Distribution Lines, Wind Farms and Solar Plants
  • Workshop: Lightning Performance of Transmission Lines
  • Meeting of international Working Groups

A number of papers will be selected for submission to publication in a special Issue of a Journal.
